Zoning Amendment Update
The Township is currently under a 180 day
moratorium enacted on May 18, 2026.
The end result will be a municipal curative amendment to correct zoning invalidities
and regulation with regard to data centers.

The township is currently receiving comment
regarding the ordinance and has received many
thus far. If you would like to offer comment you can email office@mctownship.org and/or drop off at our municipal office.
