Zoning Amendment Update
The Township is currently under a 180 day
moratorium enacted on May 18, 2026.
The end result will be a municipal curative amendment to correct zoning invalidities
and regulation with regard to data centers.

The township is advertising a public hearing for
WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 23rd at 6PM

NOTE: No Action will be taken on the ordinance
by the board on the night of the public hearing.
Evening of 9/23 is for public comment.
